The Table of 300 – First Edition
In its first edition, Massa Lubrense presents a long table set for three hundred people, featuring dishes from Michelin-starred chefs, bistro restaurants, and products from a lush land. The Table of 300 is the event of the year, where all the food and wine specialties of Massa Lubrense can be savored.
Organized by the Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association with the Patronage of the Municipality of Massa Lubrense, The Table of 300 aims to promote and protect the ancient villages, traditions, and culinary innovations of the area. The event will also offer an enchanting evening of tasting in the heart of the town, where guests can savor culinary delights prepared with local ingredients paired with the best wines from the region.
Where and When
The event will take place on June 19 and 20, 2024, a date deliberately chosen to coincide with the summer solstice. Massa Lubrense will be transformed into an enchanted place where taste, music, and nature come together to celebrate the longest day of the year. From sea to land, every excursion in our splendid territory becomes unique, from the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area to the peaks of Monte San Costanzo.
We are also pleased to announce that this exclusive event, dedicated to celebrating the excellence of local cuisine, will share the secrets of our best chefs with industry experts. International journalists and experts from the world of gastronomy, invited by the Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association, will also be in attendance.
How It Will Unfold
The event involves a double appointment, divided into two evenings to offer a rich and varied experience. Each evening will be a unique opportunity to delight the palate and immerse oneself in the local gastronomic culture.
June 19 – Inaugural Evening
- Inauguration: Scheduled for 19:00 at Largo Vescovado (Massa Centro). For the occasion, the square will come alive with the display of typical products, traditional cuisine, wines, and sparkling wines, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony open to the public.
- Award Ceremony: The Mellino Family of Quattro Passi in Nerano will be awarded in recognition of their third Michelin star.
- Cocktail and Tasting: Guests will be invited to enjoy a cocktail featuring local food and wine specialties, curated by the chefs of the Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association in collaboration with partners of “The Table of 300”.
June 20 – Evening of the Dinner
This is the main event with the grand dinner. The Table of 300 will be held in the central square of the ancient village of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi. It will be entirely decorated with lights, flowers, and colors evoking the old-time festivals of the area for a nostalgic step back in time.
- Cocktail (19:30): The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail at the Hotel Delle Palme, with the participation of Grand Hotel Due Golfi and Ristorante 4 Venti. There’ll also be appearances by pizzaioli Enzo Coccia and Pasqualino Rossi. Furthermore, Michelin-starred chefs from Taverna del Capitano and Relais Blu will surprise guests with culinary creations.
- Dinner (20:30): The “Table of 300” Dinner will officially begin, taking place along the course of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi. A table with 300 seats will be set up for guests to taste the “Menu of the Villages,” created by the chefs of the Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association. Each dish has been crafted to highlight the genuine flavors and culinary traditions of our region.
For the occasion, the long table will be adorned with linen tablecloths and lemons, symbols of the territory.

Dessert: Desserts will be provided by Roxy Bar and Pasticceria Fiorentino.
- After Dinner: The festivities will continue in the area adjacent to the Church of Sant’Agata. Music, toasts, and refreshing sorbets will enliven the evening, creating a unique and engaging atmosphere.
- Surprise Finale and Farewell: The Iaccarino family will give a farewell toast featuring a house specialty dedicated to the lemons of Massa Lubrense. The event will then conclude with a moment of solidarity. The Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association will donate two thousand euros to the project “Multimedia Room for Video Consultations with Other Hospital Facilities” dedicated to the Regional Pediatric Burn Center at Santobono.
